Poor Service: Rain Disconnection and No Response from Service Provider

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from @Rain for the past 4 days, my Rain connection has been down, and despite numerous attempts to contact the service provider, there has been no response.

I have called the service center multiple times, only to be left waiting without any answer or resolution. This is highly frustrating, especially when I rely on Rain for important tasks like work and communication from home.

The lack of accountability and customer service from them is becoming unacceptable. I have been a customer to them since 2019 I urge you address this issue promptly and restore my connection, as well as improve your customer service response times. Your customers deserve better!
