Poor service Rain

This will be my second time I'm complaining as they still have not yet contacted me *** this is a very poor network service they do not know how to handle clients clearly I will never recommend and of my friends or family Rain the wifi I have had problems with since I got it I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!
