POOR Service RAIN

I do not even want to give them a 1 start rating. There should be - 5 stars.

I have received the *WORST* service from RAIN. I place an order on the 26th of Jan 2023 and my order still haven't been delivered.

I phoned them 3 times per day since 30th of Jan, asking about my delivery? I spoke to 18 support consultants as the days went on every one of them promising me that delivery will be done on that day and yet nothing.
