Poor Service Rain -5G

Hi it sadness me to say that Rain has become really bad as of late. I'm based in Florida Glen, West of jhb. During the day it works well for most day's but at night it doesn't work at all or down load speeds are really really slow. Honestly its not the first time it's happening to me with Rain. I'm honestly thinking to change them. Its frustrating
