Poor service - Rain

So tired of there poor service and there inexperienced technicians phoning me and telling me to either reposition my router or to take the sim card out or that my router in connecting to the wrong tower! in my area i have highly recommended them and got a few people signed up and assisted them with there router and APN setups but I'm tired of giving excuses for there poor service delivery I've told them to service there towers and not our equipment!

Oh to add i mention to there "Agents" That i am a highly experienced Support I.T technician. but i still get the same games been a loyal client for almost 2 years
