POOR SERVICE PROVIDER -RAIN

Rain is the poorest service provider and if I am looking on Facebook there is more people feeling the same then me.

From Monday I am battling with them to help me and every time I phone, they keep telling me unplug and reboot and someone will phone STILL WAITING FOR THE PHONECALL BY THE WAY.

This is now a week it seems they don't care.

People really must think before they choose rain as a service provider
