Poor service provider

I wouldn't recommend rain to anyone.i initially called in to cancelled however a consultant advised to remain with them by giving me a discount but they ended double debiting me when those funds were ment to go out for different accounts. The consultant told me to email him stating to call me whenever i needed anything gone more than 2 weeks no one has called me back. Every time i dial the care line *** number you just end up holding for an agent eventually you get cut of the line and then a support email comes up as help is on the way. This rain service is very poor i highly dont ever recommend to anyone as they will just make you run around in circles. Comming back to the time i initially called in to cancel was because i found a better service provider at a cheaper rate however i was i formed by the rain consultant that they dont want let go of me as i have been with them so long thats when i got the discount structure however i personally feel that there are much better service providers out there much better than rain. In conclusion my point is they will convince you to be on board with them but you cant get through them when they start messing up your debit orders.
