Poor Service Provider

If anybody thought Telkom was a bad service provider, then they have not had any doings with Rain. Was promised on 30 October 2020 that I would be contacted within 24 hrs and up until now nothing has happened. They have no problem deducting your monies but support is non-existent, no email and no call. You can phone their support or sales and it just rings and eventually gets disconnected. Poorest service I have ever experienced in the ISP business.
