Poor service provider

This is the most unreliable Internet service provider that i have ever came across. The connection are always poor and most times there is none. Whenever you call the agents they always seem to have an excuse for the connectivity issue. The towers are forever down and they dont do anything to fix the common issue. I cant be paying for a service that i can hardly use.
