Poor service, poor network stay away

Router switches off and multiple restarts but no change, router works for 10mins then switches off. Been calling for the past week and call centre staff is useless. Have not been able to work for the past week. Technician was supposed to call me back and its been a week with no response. Absolute worst network ever, would not recommend anyone to use it
