Poor service & poor management

After rain failed to give me proper service in 2021 and I ended up calling them to terminate their services in 2021 they today send a collections company to inform me I am owing R1400 for a service I never used even calling them Serveral times in 2021 begging them to fix their internet connection I am now told of owing them money for a pay as u use service I never got from them…. This is just a cherry on top for a horrible service. Poor management
