Poor service personal

My phones are unable to receive or make calls . Whatsapp calls are okay. In spite of many requests they attempt to phone me and then do nothing Service agents need to read the complaint and do better

The i phone 7 is the phone i have used for years and i never had any trouble with making or receiving calls which tells me its possible I would prefer the re insatemnt
