Poor service pathetic

I join Rain after 4 years of bad service and pay an account that i was waiting for them to rectify i thought to myself to pay the account ans say no more. Now last month i request a sim swap 2 times but i recieved nothing from them no comunication no nothing and then i send them a email to request an payment arrangment for the 15th of august but they tell me sorry you must pay us first before we discuss anything and then i request to speak to a manger then i get sorry they are all busy in a meeting. I am upset and want support management to call me back
