Poor Service; Over Billed; Account Throttled without approval

Account gets downgraded without any approval or my knowledge. when talking to Support, they do not understand you half of the time and you cannot understand them half of the time as it sounds like it is outsourced to India.

Every time you are placed on hold, 10 min later you are still on hold. when you phone again to speak to a supervisor as they do not understand you, you are placed on hold and 10-15 min later you are still on hold.
