Poor service or must i look for another service provider

I recently moved from pretori to vastfontein. There id s rain tower not even 3 km/ it is on coin road and bultfontein road and i stay at 123 bultfontein road from my house, a lot of trees in the way, i have a 101 router and tried everything. cant i upgrade to the one with tower outside. i logged numerous calls but no luck. The tower is a 4 g tower but my signal stays between -95 and 110
