Poor service on the 5G network
After a promising start, the Rain 5G netwotk has gone in to total desrepair. So much so that they are not even returning my calls. I have a premier package with them that are supposed to be on a processing speed of over 50mb. Currently we are battling to get 20mb on a good day and no service for a few days at its worst, and the complaints are just being ignored. All they do is add as much clients as possible to an already oversatuated network and killing it for everyone, and customer service means absolutely nothing to them

31 May 2022, 08:09There has been no improvement since my last review. As a matter of fact it's gone from bad to worse. We have not had one day for a full month without long interruptions. Even when it's working it does not give the speeds Rain has promised. I have a premium package but can at best only get 30/ 40mb/ sec. We have had days where we don't even get 7mb/ sec. Really disappointed with what was promised to what we currently have to deal with
