Poor service on rain mobile and takealot

I bought rain simcard at takealot in Midrand, I went there to to collect the simcard, I call rain customer service to activate my simcard which I didn't go through, I sent email with my particulars for Rica and activation and I received a respond to show that they receive my email but until today my simcard is not working, I want to use my simcard on this lockdown please help.
