Poor service of all time

Rain wifi network hasn't been working for the past 2 months, I logged a ticket a month ago and to this day I haven't been assisted. Their network is a joke we cannot connect in my household I can't even call their line doesn't work it just rings and disconnects. This is extreme poor service but they don't forget the debit order date!
