Poor Service no network for two days

I recently moved to Rain 1 5G package when I took the cover they told me there is no 5G coverage in my area and they will connect me on 4G network and I asked if I will not have connectivity issues they said none, their connection are stable..its been two days no with no network I spend the whole day calling them yesterday none of the consultants could help, I was told they escalated the issue still no one could help.

I had to buy data yesterday to work, buy airtime to call them the whole day and no one in the support is able to assist, honestly I regret my decision. Especially because I asked and they committed that there will not be any issues, now no one is able to help. I am highly disappointed with Rain
