Poor service, No network for three weeks

What ever you do stay away from Rain, I have had serious unstable network for almost 4 weeks now, I call the call center 5 times a day no one is able to assist, all towers next to me are working yet I cant connect to any of them, I have spend almost R1000.00 buyibg data yet I am expected to pay them full premium month end.

I am highly disappointed with rain and their customer service.
