Poor service no feedback

Very very poor service I was using rain for years until I decided to buy a loop I have called so many times and got no help it is almost three weeks later my loop is still not working and as per rain my order was canceled nobody calls to arrange for return I am really fed up I just want to return this loop to rain as I have logged tickets from here to forever without even one answer or feedback nobody helps you I will not make use or advise anyone to use rain they are really really bad at customer service I expected more rain
