Poor Service MICHELLE KHOZA!!!!

I got a call from CCD Couriers saying they were sent by rain to collect a router. A router I had to call them to come collect because it had been months that I had canceled and because +-5 days after inspection I had no internet at all and their support team kept on telling me to switch the router on and off and it made no difference and they tell me I have a balance outstanding of a R130 or so for internet that never even worked. I called in to speak to the manager who refused to speak to me and told the agent to convay whatever she wanted to tell me. MICHELLE KHOZA IF A CLIENT WANTS TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THEN GET OFF YOUR ASS AND ASWER THE CALL!! Where do you get the liver to charge a client for network /internet they didn't even get to enjoy.
