Poor Service, less value for money.

Good day, I just spoke to one of your consultants after numerous attempts....my 5g connection has been unstable now for about a week and a half now, I left it to see how fast you people would be able to pick it up and resolve the problem. It has not been resolved. The tower is at Kensington ridge in Oxford Rd Kensington Johannesburg. My Question is why do I have to keep doing this dance with you people before something gets done. I pay R600 for what exactly.......slow speeds and unstable network????? They told me it's being resolved but I will bet R1000 that if I walk there now, there will be no technical team working on that tower. Before this Rainone came here the speeds were decent. Now it's getting worse the more you guys fiddle with the tower. Come on man......get your act together Ffs. Fix the damn tower. It amazes me that customers have to beg for satisfaction from you people and by looking at your Facebook page......most are not happy!!!!!!!
