tried to rica my sim online, but it doesn not send me a link to upload my docs. called more than 6 times with 6 different query numbers assigned and hace been continuously forwarded on to in house 'rica agent' who sent me x5 emails saying the same thing- follow step to rica sim online. still does not solve the issue that i dont get a sms with a link. have requested for them to send a link via email- but comes back with same copy and paste response of steps on how to rica sim. why is this so hard?
