Poor Service is an under statement

I am not happy with the service I am receiving from Rain at first thier instant EFT payment method is not instant ,I paid then I was told thier Instant payment to reflect in thier account.,then they turned of my line ,I sent them proof of payment they opened it now it's closed saying I did not pay them.i phone 3 times this morning holding for over 5 minutes each time with no one answering calls .
