Poor service : internet disconnected
My internet has been off for 3 days now. I've been trying to contact rain via their online support. No response. I sent numerous messages. They debited my bank account on the 5th. I don't know why we have no internet until today. Their service is so poor and disgusting. You cannot switch off customers internet without a reason and also after the debit order went through. It is wrong and uncalled for. I don't have their phone numbers I tried searching I can't find them. But their support chat Centre is pure *******. It doest work at all. Poor ******* service. Now am stuck. The kids can't do homework because of their stinky service
