Poor service indeed

For days I have been trying to contact Itumeleng from the customer "support" department of Rain with complaints over the speed of my internet (from non existent to poor), without receiving any answers at all. Not even a confirmation. If that is not the poorest of all customer services, I do not know. I only know that if my business would perform in this manner, I would be bankrupt.
