Poor service & incorrect invoicing

Rain 4G and 5G network has the worst service ever. No telecommunications system operated and made available by rain was rendered to me for the period of Jan - March according to section 11.7. & section 11.8 of the rain terms & conditions. Since I no longer paying & switched to another provider due to poor service. On all the invoices sent to me there are zeros on the data usage meaning no service was rendered. above all I did not open a credit/contact account with rain. I only paid for what I used, Rain had already cancelled the service in accordance with section 1.7.2., section 5.1, & section 1.34 of rain's terms & conditions. I have and again asked for the data usage summary for the period in question which Rain have failed to produce. But they have sent my details to Nudebt for collections. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend Rain to anyone.
