Poor service incorrect billing
An undeserving ✴️. Poor service. Lack care and urgency in resolving queries is disgusting. I am on uncapped package of 479 but they can't explain why I am being billed 126 extra. They are failing to rectify their bill and expect a customer to just pay without any sense.
