Poor Service in terms of technical issue failure.

Have been having internet issues for a week now, and working from a home basis is affecting my work, I was told by the Service provider that the 5G tower nearby is down, but no feedback on when it should be fixed, and this is affecting our WFH basis in terms of deliveries as well for my company too. I am not happy with the service and how rain is taking this issue lightly.
