Poor service- if I could rate a zero, I would.

I have been wanting to switch my current ISP as I’m having issues to Rain as few people recommended it. However my experience with them is not great at all. I have been to their website numerous time to request for a call back up till today no one has contacted me. It’s been over 2 months. Looks like rain has too many customers they don’t care about getting new ones. So disappointing! Which makes me think if I were to go with them and I need urgent assistance I would wait forever.
