poor service I wont recommend Rain to anyone

Its so frustrating that the only time Rain will contact you is when one posts a complain on Hello Peter. Its nonsense what's worse, their personnel are so unprofessional....its annoying. We have a connection issue and they are not assisting or giving feedback. Speed test on download is 0.04 clearly there is an issue but no one is willing to have the decency to contact you when reaching out...but come month end they want their money. its unacceptable.
