Poor service (I want my money back)

I am so disappointed with Rain and the service. I have never seen a poor and disgusting service like the one I got with Rain. The network is very poor and when you phone them they will tell you they will fix but instead they will debit your account. I have been calling them since March to request cancelation but they will hang up on you. In April the 10th they were able to answer my call and they even se me email with a reference to say they are processing my cancelation. To my surprise on 20th April my account was debited twice but their services (wifi) were already blocked. I want my money back because I even had to cancel my cards because of Rain.
