Poor service from support email

I have complained about CCD Couriers to rain WiFi and they still haven’t contacted me after they gave me a ticket number ***. My review on CCD Couriers was also reported to rain and they haven’t even bothered to attend to my complaint. I still don’t have the Moderm and SIM card.
