poor service from service providers

today i was getting my delivery for my RAIN sim card, the RAM guys that were delivering where extremely rude to me as they said they are not getting my address, my husband and myself even had to drive to get to them, when i did get to them they were very undermining and disrespectful, the driver even threathened to shot my husband, i would like this to be taken up because this is not how someone is suppose to treat a customer, when we told them that we will take this up with RAIN and RAM they told us to go ahead, instead what they will do is to follow us home to treat me and my husband a lesson, this is really not acceptable in my view, i have taken pictures of the guys and the number plate of the RAM car they were driving is FL87GXGP, we will be taking this up further to the police to open a case as we where threatened to be ******ed, which in my view is a serious threat when someone has your home address and they did even follow us, if this is how Ram drivers treat their clients then i believe no one should do business with them, as now even Rain has to intervene because the Service Provider they are using does not respect their clients, instead they get threatened in the highest order, they were even confident to let us know that nothing will happen to them so this really proved to me that they are used to treating clients like this and getting away with it, but Ram and its drivers can rest assured that we will open a ******** case against them TODAY.
