Poor service from RAM and RAIN MOBILE - RAIN04-***2

It is the first time I bought from rain, can’t believe the service. No contact and they are uncontactable. They sent RAM to courier the package that I purchased from them and it seems that they provided RAM with an incorrect address even though I selected my address from their map? The driver from RAM tells me that I will have to wait for next week Monday. They say there is nothing they can do even though I called RAM and advised them that I needed the data today for my schooling. I asked the consultant from RAM why they did not send me a full address on the notification they sent me that the delivery is on its way and he advised he will raise the matter with management. I asked why they did not call to confirm the address and I was told that is not how they work/operate. I missed out on my plans because of this.
