Poor Service from Rain Support Team

I had been without internet connection for 5 days as of today and my account is up to date with Rain. I have been calling them daily, all am being told is that my issue has been escalated and will be contacted soon to restore my internet connection......There is no turnaround time given, they even refuse to give me contact details of the team that is supposed to resolve my connectivity issue. I am frustrated with this kind of poor service and no sense of urgency for paying customers.
