Poor service from rain SA
Poor service from the support and the Rain network team. It's been over 2 months with so many tickets logged and they can't resolve my issue. Extremely bad service fromt he rain team at they have no care for customers and getting issues resolved . Very unprofessional and I do not advise anyone signing up for wifi with Rain

16 May 2024, 11:32I got a call from rain and I was told that an agent will be coming to my house in an hours time. It's been 2 hours now and the agent is stil not here. I still can't work and I need to contact ly buy data when I'm paying for wifi from Rain. Is is a perfect example that shows that Rain doesn't take care of there customers and don't care about fixing any network or connectivity issues.
When I ping Google I get no results back bit I was informed that I'm close to a tower and I won't need an outdoor router. I can't even run a basic speed test at all.
I highly recommend NO ONE SIGN UP FOR RAIN WIFI
