POOR SERVICE FROM RAIN. NO RESPONSE FROM RAIN 0 STAR RATING

very disappointed in the level of service received from RAIN they talk themselves up, however they are unable to deliver on their promises. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that i am writing a review as i was promised a phone call on my 1st review from a lady name Fatimma and to date i am still awaiting that call. RAIN HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE PROMISED. That is breach of contract which could constitute a ******** offence and warrants a formal complaint with the Ombudsman. I am sick and tired of companies exploiting hard working South Africans of their hard earned money and it is time for action.
