Poor Service from RAIN - No Internet

Will RAIN ever resolve the issues they have besides telling me the matter will be escalated, it's been a week now with no network.

It has been weeks now that I have had NO INTERNET on there uncapped Standard 5G plan , I have made numerous calls and the only reply they have is that "They will log a query" as if that's suppose to make me feel better I mean it's been a week.

I don't see why I should be paying for a service that is not working.
