Poor service from rain internet services they do not want to stop deducting money and close their simcard

Been asked for my for rain account to be cancelled since I did not use my simcard they keep telling me I should cancelled on my behalf of which I went on to my rain account and there's no option that shows account cancellation..

I asked for refund of my money but they still came up with excuses I wrote multiple emails to them asking for the account to closed and that they should stop taking money from my account because I could not use the SIM card.

No service was provided all they did was to deduct money unrcessarily I even called their call center and I haven't received help from their agents
