Poor service from Rain (internet service provider)

I bought a Rain WIFI router that was delivered on Friday, 1 April 2022. We have been promised that the technician will come back to me before Saturday 5pm to assist in setting up the unit. My wifi unit is still not working and when calling in again, the person that i spoke to, will not commit as to when the technician will make contact but she will escalate the matter. The service is not what we've have been hoping for.
