Poor Service from Rain Internet Service Provider
Rain has a poor support service. I reported an issue(about a month ago) about my slow internet speed, and I have not received any feedback.
They say you can only contact them via fault logging system, which sucks, because you don't get any feedback.
Issue : I'm using a 10mbsp line, but I get 1mbps download speed, and upload speed is 5mbps.
