Hi Fattima, one of your technicians called Paroshnee did contact me, but was really of no help whatsoever. I was passed on to another non- existent "support" queue and I have now been without internet for 3 days. I am astounded by the lack of service by this company. I need my internet for my business and have been forced to find expensive and inconvenient temporary alternatives. Rain customer service is worse than dealing with a government department.
