Poor service from Rain internet provider

I'm a loyal Rain customer,I'm using the 5G uncapped.we are forever without signal or very poor signal,no explanation from them as to why there's no internet.we are always paying on time for this pathetic service,whats the use of having uncapped WiFi at home but I still have to buy data
