POOR SERVICE FROM RAIN INTERNET
Zero customer support.I currently have 6 outstanding support tickets .One is three weeks old. I am a new customer and can`t get passed the RICA section. I can`t image what happens with technical support

Connect my sim to the 4 G unlimited 24/7 month to month data ,I paid R479 on the 7th July please. No message has been received as to whether the RICA process has been completed or not and the next step,so I can use what I have paid for.My son is in matric and he needs access to the internet.
