poor service from Rain!!

i have had the most terrible service from Rain firstly their call centre is unable to assist me i called 2 days in a row as my Wi-Fi was down for a whole 2 days i couldnt work . i called the call centre which an agent assisted me with a hard rest and the router was still down they advised me they escalated the call but they dont know when i will get a call back. i requested to speak to an agent who speaks Afrikaans but they hung up and didnt not bother to call me back im sick and tired of speaking to agents who barely speaks english and agents who says they cannot speak "south african" that is an insult and rain does not take their clients seriously!!!! i will cancel my account but they have ****med people and are not will to give proper customer service .
