Poor service from rain

Hi good afternoon I have been sending a review of rain with regard connectivity being so bad like in every day without any improvement they take the monthly money but. The service a person is getting is doesn't even derseve a 1 star its should be nothing and they don't get back to you or anything but advertising left right and center their products
