Poor service from rain

I purchased a simcard from rain and oh thank u i got it on Wednesday but so unhappy that it has absolutely no network but when i search with my other simcard rain network shows up and i got a message that the simcard is registered but where is the network registration im so upset that at the end of the month deductions will go off n yet im not online..... Whats worse is you can only contact them via email n fb messenger which they never reply...... I had so much faith even though on fb reviews everybody is complaining n ignored
