"Poor Service from Rain: Calls Dropped, Issues Ignored"

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Rain's customer service was frustrating enough to warrant one.

I reached out for help regarding a persistent connectivity issue, only to be met with slow responses and, worst of all, repeated call drops. On multiple occasions, the agent would either hang up mid-conversation or the call would mysteriously end—each time before the issue was actually resolved. No follow-up, no callback. I had to start over every time, re-explaining everything like a broken record.

It's incredibly disappointing to deal with a service provider that seems to prioritize clearing their queue over actually helping their customers. I expected better from Rain. If you value reliable support, this isn’t the experience you want.
